Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lax Lab Digital (the "Service"), operated by Lax Lab ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription or Film Review, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Lax Lab

Accounts are created and held by a parent, legal guardian, or an athlete 18 or older. If you're setting up an account for a minor athlete, you're confirming you're their parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Membership is billed monthly ($49/mo) or annually ($297/yr) through Stripe and renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Film Review is a separate one-time purchase ($300) and is not part of the membership subscription.
• Prices may change going forward; we'll give notice before a change applies to your next renewal.

3. Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact contact@laxlabdigital.com and we'll take a look. Film Review purchases are non-refundable once a submission has been received and a breakdown is in progress.

4. Your content

When you submit clips or other material for a Film Review, you confirm you have the right to share that footage with us and grant us permission to view and analyze it solely to produce your review. We don't use your submitted clips for marketing without asking you first.

5. Acceptable use

The drill library, programs, and video content are for your personal, non-commercial training use. Don't share your account credentials, resell access, redistribute member content, or attempt to scrape or bulk-download the platform.

6. Disclaimer

Training carries an inherent risk of injury. Lax Lab content is educational and not a substitute for in-person coaching supervision or medical advice — use your judgment, warm up properly, and stop if something feels wrong. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lax Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. You can stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
