The Real Problem

Reps Without Feedback
Are Just Practice
For Your Mistakes

Most players plateau for one reason: nobody has ever sat down with their film and told them the truth. You cannot fix a habit you cannot see. A thousand more reps of the wrong thing just makes the wrong thing permanent.

What You Get Back

Not A Comment.
A Breakdown.

01

A Full Video Breakdown

Your clips on screen, paused, drawn on and voiced over. You see exactly what we see, rep by rep.

02

Written Feedback

The strengths worth leaning into and the habits costing you. In plain language, not coach-speak.

03

Your Two Or Three Fixes

Not forty things to think about. The specific corrections that move your game the most, ranked.

04

Drills Matched To You

Every fix comes paired with drills from the Lax Lab vault so you know exactly what to go work on.

Under The Microscope

What We Break Down

Six things we watch for on every single clip you send.

Dodging & Separation

How you set up your defender, your first step, and whether you are actually creating space or just running into help.

Shooting Mechanics

Hips, hands, release point, follow-through. Where velocity and accuracy are leaking out of your shot.

Footwork & Change Of Direction

The plant, the cut, the wasted steps. Most separation problems are footwork problems first.

Off-Ball Movement

What you do when the ball is not in your stick — the part of your game coaches notice and most players ignore.

Decision Making

The read you made versus the read that was there. Shot selection, the extra pass, when to slow it down.

Stick Protection

How you carry through traffic and where you are leaving your stick exposed to a check.

Every Level

Who This Is For

Youth

Build It Right The First Time

Bad habits are easier to prevent than to fix. Get the mechanics honest early and everything after it comes faster.

High School

The Gap Is Detail

The difference between JV and varsity is rarely athleticism. It is the small stuff nobody has pointed out yet.

Recruiting

See What Coaches See

Before you send film to a college coach, find out how it actually reads to someone who has been on that side of it.

Before You Ask

Questions

10–15 is the sweet spot — enough to see real patterns, not so much that the feedback gets vague. Full game film works too; just tell us which possessions matter and we will pull from there.

You paste a link. Hudl, Google Drive, YouTube, Dropbox — anywhere we can watch them. Just make sure the sharing setting is set so anyone with the link can view, otherwise we are locked out and it slows everything down.

Your breakdown comes back within 7 days of us receiving your clips. If anything is going to take longer than that, we tell you up front.

No. Film Review is a standalone $300 purchase. You do create a free account so your review has somewhere to live, but there is no subscription attached and nothing recurring.

Jules. Eight years professional, four-time All-Star, seventh overall pick, second all-time in points at Rutgers, and an ESPN lacrosse analyst. This is not outsourced to an intern with a template.

Attack, midfield, and defense. Lax Lab is an offensive system at its core, so offensive players tend to get the most out of it — but the footwork, decision making, and film-reading apply on both ends.

Yes, and you should. When you send your clips there is a field for exactly this. If you are stuck dodging from X or your shot has gone cold, say so and we build the review around it.

Buy another whenever you have new film worth looking at. Plenty of athletes do one in the off-season and another mid-season to check the fixes actually stuck.
